Day 2 - Plyometrics

This morning we did the Plyometrics workout, almost 60 minutes long. When we started the warm-up I thought for sure that I would not be able to make it through the entire workout. But, I persisted and it payed off. I really liked the intensity of the workout on this one. While we weren't exactly jumping and squatting as low as the people on the tv, we still felt a burn and did rather well. Our goal was to finish the workout and we accomplished our goal. I think that the hardest workouts in the Plyometrics are definitely the ones where you have to go from a squat, jump up, and then land in a squat, and then repeat for 30 seconds to 1 minute.

The diet was tough yesterday, we had a lot of meat and vegetables, I saved my carb for dinner and loved every minute of it. I think that we will be able to do the diet, it will just take a little bit of discipline. But we have done dieting before, with good results.

This morning for breakfast we had another smoothie, it had blueberries, peaches, and strawberries in it. It was delicious. I think that we are going to not add the honey tomorrow morning, our protein has some sugar in it already. Anyways, keep up the good work, we are going to get through this. Only 88 days left.
