Day 1

Well we, Tara and I, decided to start P90X and we are anxiously awaiting our package in the mail. I decided that I would try to blog our experiences as we embark on this journey, giving a daily update, and journalling our thoughts. I know that this is going to be a tough experience for both of us. I will post before and after pictures later, but I just thought that I would start my post today.
